For the longest time I had felt that Roberta Flack's 1972 rendition of "The First Time Ever I Saw Your Face" couldn't possibly be surpassed. This song, along with "Killing Me Softly," were her signature tunes. And now comes Leona Lewis and her version, which I love a whole lot too. So the torch has been passed to a new generation singer from all the way across the Atlantic ocean. .
