A meditation center just opened down the street from my house in Banrai, so maybe it's time for me to join. Everything that I've heard and read on meditation says it's a very good thing.I have a close relative who took up meditation years ago. He once said to me without a hint of humor or irony that he regularly levitated.
My reaction at the time was telling myself I should start practicing meditation and save a bundle on future air travels.
So if by chance you should visit Banrai's new meditation center, look for the guy fidgeting in lotus position and wearing a crash helmet.
